In the below gif, it looks like the ref is handing something to Reigns, possibly a blade, when he passed out outside the ring, which Reigns in turn might have given to the Beast Incarnate.
If this indeed is true, then it would likely mean that Vince McMahon would have allowed this ‘blade’ job, which something the WWE has generally been against for years due to PG guidelines and safety. However, the first shot from Reigns was a legit punch and it did cut Lesnar, but it’s hard to think that the Beast would really go ahead and hit his head on the post and cut open.
While the first punch had a bruise and small swelling, the second shot that saw blood flow like river, which didn’t even cause a bruise or swelling. So, it’s also possible that Lesnar did a blade job.
