Former Notre Dame coach Digger Phelps dressed as Mother Ginger for a halftime performance of the Sugar Plum Fairy dance from “The Nutcracker.” Phelps does a great job and definitely sells it. Not many men, let alone his age, would have the guts to do something like this.
