RELATED: Every Digimon in Digimon Survive (& How to Befriend Them)
Thankfully, players shouldn’t have to work too hard to find a BlueMeramon in Digimon Survive, though the same cannot be said of actually befriending it. To do so, players will need to figure out the best responses to its questions and statements, some of which are a little difficult to guess. Thankfully, this guide has all the answers and so should be perfect for those looking to add BlueMeramon to their teams.
How to Befriend BlueMeramon in Digimon Survive
By this point in the game, players should have a pretty good idea of what they’re doing when it comes to befriending new Digimon in Digimon Survive. For those who don’t, they should start by engaging the Digimon in conversation by selecting the Talk option while in battle and then choosing it from the list of foes on the right. They’ll then need to answer three of its questions, with the best responses filling two sections of the bar above the Digimon’s head. If three or more are filled by the time the conversation is over, they’ll have a chance to ask it to become their friend.
Much like its design, BlueMeramon has a somewhat fiery personality. With this in mind, players should avoid trying to empathize with it and instead opt for respectful, yet contradictory responses. Interestingly, it uses the same set of questions and statements as regular Meramon, though some of the best responses for BlueMeramon are a little different, as evidenced by the table below.
Where to Find BlueMeramon in Digimon Survive
BlueMeramon can first be encountered near the beginning of Part 6 in the Free Battle section of the Second Island Area. Like Monzaemon and Etemon though, BlueMeramon will stop showing up after Falcomon leaves the party, so players should keep this in mind before advancing the story too far. Either way, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem, as the Flame Digimon can be found frequently from Part 7 onwards.
Digimon Survive is available on PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
