RELATED: Every Digimon in Digimon Survive (& How to Befriend Them)
Sadly, like most of the other Mega Digimon in Digimon Survive, the Holy Beast Digimon doesn’t start to show up until near the very end of the game. In spite of its late entry, though, Phoenixmon is still well worth befriending, especially for those who value mobility in battle. Recruiting it can sometimes be a little challenging, but for those who know the best responses, it shouldn’t take too many attempts.
How to Befriend Phoenixmon in Digimon Survive
Unlike when befriending a Rookie, Champion, or Ultimate Digimon, those hoping to recruit Phoenixmon to their team will need to be quite a bit more precise. This is because most of Phoenixmon’s best responses will only fill one segment of the bar above its head, meaning that getting the bar half full can potentially require three perfect answers. With this in mind, players should think carefully before committing to a response.
Thought to be the ultimate form of Bird Digimon, Phoenixmon is incredibly powerful and loves to test its strength in battle. It enjoys a good challenge and responds well to those who understand the true power and value of friendship. As mentioned above though, befriending Phoenixmon can be a little tricky even knowing its personality traits, so players may wish to consult the table below for the best Phoenixmon responses in order to increase their chances of success.
Where to Find Phoenixmon in Digimon Survive
Players will start running into Phoenixmon after reaching Part 11 of Digimon Survive. Depending on their Karma, it can be a somewhat difficult Digimon to befriend, though is well worth doing so due to the Digimon being one of the best Mobility-focussed creatures in the entire game. It will also hand over a Rib Party Set when asked for an item, which can be pretty useful for those who often find themselves running low on SP.
